10.1 Profile and Contact Information: This includes your name, email address, phone number, and any other details you provide when creating your user profile.

10.2 Transactional and Financial Information: Details pertaining to payments, including agreed service fees (hourly rates, fixed project costs, diagnostic fees, and final service quotes), billing information, and records of transactions conducted through the Platform. We do not store sensitive financial data like full credit card numbers directly on our servers.

10.3 Location Data: For certain features, such as image/video uploads for disputes or clock-in/clock-out functionalities, we may collect precise location data, including GPS coordinates. This data is associated with specific events or files to verify activity or context.

10.4 Communications: Content of messages exchanged between users through the Platform chat features, including specific offer acceptances, rejections, counter-offers, and any associated details like agreed days, time slots, or price adjustments.

11.3 Communication: To enable seamless communication between Clients and Workers regarding job details, offers, acceptances, rejections, and any adjustments to the Agreed Work Schedule or final service quotes.

11.4 Dispute Resolution: To investigate and resolve disputes between users, utilizing communication records, agreed terms, location data, and any evidence submitted (e.g., images, videos, PDFs) related to a service.

11.5 Payment Processing: To process all financial transactions, including the collection of diagnostic fees and the transfer of funds for accepted service quotes, ensuring accurate billing and payouts.

12. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We may share your information with third parties in the following circumstances:

12.1 With Other Users: Information relevant to a service transaction (e.g., Worker availability, estimated hours, Diagnostic Fee status, final service quotes, Client job requirements, agreed-upon work schedules, final pricing, and communication content) will be shared between the Client and Worker involved in the transaction to facilitate the service.

12.2 For Legal Compliance and Protection: We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, or governmental request, or when we believe such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public.

12.3 With Service Providers: We may share information with third-party vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processors, cloud hosting services, and data analytics providers. These providers are obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which it was shared.

Third-Party Insurance Integration

When users apply for jobs, they are redirected to Tapoly Insurance to complete an insurance application. Tapoly may share limited applicant data with us to confirm coverage status.
